When I look back to November when I accepted this position and agreed to go, as a physician to the World Championships, I had no idea how I was going to accumulate some knowledge and feel confident enough to do a good job. The two weekends I attended your course were interesting and challenging. I have long heard of you through the paediatric sports medicine world but I never knew what an amazing reputation you have in Sports Medicine and what a great teacher you are. Your colleagues have also been fabulous teachers, each in their own way.
